Reservations<\/span><\/h2>[vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section tab_id=”1486127624603-2bd29f9b-87cd” title=”How do I book La Casa del Pop?”][vc_column_text]You can make a reservation directly on this website or, if you prefer, get in touch with us via email, chat, or using the contact form.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section tab_id=”1486127656775-d1f6e6b2-73c9″ title=”When will I receive the booking confirmation? “][vc_column_text]Once all the required data has been received, we will send you an email with the details of the booked stay and prices, as well as the amount of the booking and the bank account for payment. Once this is done, we will send a booking notice with the steps to follow upon arrival.<\/b><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Where do I pick up the keys to the apartment? ” tab_id=”1486127748908-edd9409e-dcb1″][vc_column_text]The system for the apartments\u2019 keys will be explained when the booking is made. Remember that it is VERY IMPORTANT to call the contact telephone number one hour before your arrival.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”What time can I enter the apartment and when do I have to leave? ” tab_id=”1486127773162-14ddc3ed-48d4″][vc_column_text]Our check-in time is from <\/span>15:00 to 20:00<\/b>. If you are going to arrive outside this window, please remember to notify us of this the day before. If notice is not made, a surcharge of \u20ac20 will be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

The normal check-out time is 11:00. If you wish to check out later, please let us know in advance of your arrival and we will confirm if this is possible. If there is not check-in on that same day, there will be no problem with the check-out time being later than 11:00, as long as you tell us the approximate time that you will be leaving the apartment.\u00a0<\/span>
\nWe would be very grateful if you would, when checking out, make sure that all electronic devices (such as air-conditioning, coffee makers, electric hobs, etc.) and taps are turned off and all windows closed.<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Deposit” tab_id=”1486127804727-69e9d0da-3288″][vc_column_text]La Casa del Pop requires its clientele to pay a security deposit when receiving the keys to the apartment that should be paid in cash upon arrival. <\/span>For long stays<\/span> \u2013 a cash deposit shall be agreed depending on the total amount of the rental.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Are there any extra costs?” tab_id=”1486127834837-216edc49-c60d”][vc_column_text]The total amount of the reservation includes all services (cleaning, supplies, etc.) and taxes, including the Tourist Tax. There is a surcharge of \u20ac20 for arrivals after 20:00 that are not communicated within 24 hours of the booked date. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for your stay: a refrigerator, microwaves and\/or oven, electric hob, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and pans, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. Full bathroom with a shower.<\/p>\n
