\n<\/span>Once the reservation has been made on our website or booking location, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm your reservation.<\/span>

\n<\/span>RENT PAYMENT:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>Payment of the pending amount of the rent shall be effected via bank transfer 7 days before arriving at the apartment. Entry will not be allowed until payment has been made.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>CHANGING THE DATES OF YOUR STAY:<\/b>
\n<\/span>If the client wishes to change the dates of a reservation, they must notify LA CASA DEL POP by means of an email. In the event of their being availability on the desired dates, the change shall be made at no additional cost. If there is no availability on the new dates chosen by the client, who may then wish to cancel their reservation, LA CASA DEL POP will apply the booking cancellations conditions. See the following section.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>CANCELLING THE RESERVATION:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/b>The client may cancel more than 15 days in advance of the arrival at no cost.<\/b>
\n<\/b>All cancellations made between 15 and\u00a0 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount.\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/b>All cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking.<\/b>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>IDENTIFY OF THE GUESTS:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>The client must notify LA CASA DEL POP of the total number of people who will occupy the apartment, which must only be used by these people according to the maximum occupancy of each apartment. The occupancy limits defined by the property shall not be exceeded. The client shall provide their name, telephone number, a copy of their passport, and email when making the reservation. LA CASA DEL POP reserves the right to request this same information from the other occupants if necessary. LA CASA EL POP will file the appropriate paperwork with the Local Police for their correct registration.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>CHECK-IN\/ CHECK-OUT:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>The client may check in <\/span>after 15:00.<\/b><\/p>\n

For arrivals later than 20:00, a surcharge of \u20ac20 shall be applied unless said arrival is communicated in advance within 24 hours of the booked date.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Check-out should be done before 11:00 midday.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>FEATURES\/SUPPLIES\/CLEANING:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span>All the water, electricity, and gas supplies are included in the rental price. All of our properties have towels and sheets. If the booked stay exceeds ten days, we will change the sheets and towels free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>TAXES:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>TOURIST TAX: All reservations are subject to a surcharge of \u20ac0.50 per person per night, to be paid upon arrival for a maximum of seven nights. Children under the age of 15 are exempt.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>LA CASA DEL POP is not liable for any consequences which may arise from the client\u2019s use of the apartment during their stay, including damages, injury, losses due to theft, fire, or criminal activity. In the event that, during the client’s stay in the apartment, there is a fault not owing to incorrect usage on the part of the client and continuing in the apartment is made impossible, LA CASA DEL POP shall be obliged to rectify it as soon as possible, following prior notification by the client.\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>CONDUCT OF GUESTS:\u00a0<\/b>
\n<\/span>The client and their companions must behave in a civil manner, obeying co-habitation rules. In the event that these co-habitation rules are not followed, LA CASA DEL POP reserves the right to demand that the apartment be vacated without any compensation being made.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Pets are not allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that these rules are not followed and complaints are received by LA CASA DEL POP\u2019s neighbours, this shall be sufficient reason to terminate the tourist rental agreement.<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
